The following is a fascinating talk by G. Edward Griffin on the corrupt and criminal institution called the Federal Reserve System. Federal Reserve System is said to be the biggest scam ever happened in the history of America and is primarily responsible for the destruction of America and a number of other coutries, particularly third world countries. Griffin describes the history of the Fed from its very inception and expose its fraudulent functions and real objectives. I was really astonished at his great oratory skill in narrating the economic and political history of how the Fed came into existence, just like a story unfolds. He avoids all those economic jargons typically used by media and academic professionals and makes it understandable to common man. I would highly recommend this video lecture to all and its worth spending that 1 hour 45 minutes because it will surely educate you about the destructive nature of feeding a monster like the Fed.

Griffin explains in concise terms the reasons why the Federal Reserve should be ABOLISHED:

1. It's incapable of accomplishing its stated objectives.

2. It's a cartel operating against the public interest
3. It's the supreme instrument of usury.
4. It generates our most unfair tax.
5. It encourages war.
6. It destabilizes the economy.
7. It is an instrument of totalitarianism.

I wish this talk be given as some introductory course in every Economics school and to those economics 'pundits' who appear on TV channels during times of economic collapse to explain away the causes for the disaster without ever touching on the root cause of the problem. It's a very good primer for all those students of Economics because this is never taught in any Economics schools or Economics text books.
